You provide us with the addresses for the materials to be picked up at and where the money should be sent. We send an insured package to the address you specify, then you fill it with your scrap materials and return it to us.
The chemical refining process is usually complete in 1–2 weeks, and we send your earnings. The recycled metals are sold to third parties. Your team is a little bit happier and richer.

How do we send you our scrap?
We will send out a secure package (also rated for bio hazardous materials) to any address specified by you. Simply empty your metal scrap in the container, and return in the prepaid and insured box.
What can I send for recycling?
Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium amongst others. Payable Metals: 98% of all Platinum Group Metals recovered.
Do I need to sterilize any medical devices before sending them to you?
No. Our packaging meets the guidelines laid out by the International Air and Transport Association PI650 for transportation of UN3373 diagnostic specimens by land and air. There is no liability on your part once the package has left your premises. The package will be insured for an amount in excess of the worth of the scrap metal contained inside. Assaying the scrap involves heating to over a thousand degrees Celcius, and assures no further risk of potential infection spread.
What is Assaying?
An assay is the chemical refining of a mix of metals or alloys, and the subsequent determination of the precious metal content of a sample. Our assay shall be binding on the parties for yield on final recovery.
How much should I send in one go?
It is much more cost effective to have as much scrap as possible as part of one assay, so send us all you have collected for an efficient refining procedure.
What happens to the recycled metal?
It is purchased wholesale by many different industries including jewellery and electrical.
How do you work out how much the scrap is worth?
We follow London and US markets.
Can I choose how, and to whom the reimbursement is made?
Yes. Payment will be in the form of a bankers draft, or the return of bullion at the customer's request.
How long will it take to be reimbursed?
Typically within 1 to 2 weeks.
What information do you need to place an order?
Simply provide the full address with which you would like the return package to be sent, and the full name or organization you would like the reimbursement to be made.
